· LIVE ANIMALS:
Lizards and Shells LLC sells reptiles to the public. Specific sexes are not guaranteed on animals, but we will do our best to accommodate all customer
requests. All live animals sold are guaranteed to be in visually good health. If your pet becomes ill and dies during the 5-day initial period, you (the buyer) must provide images showing your pet belly down, belly up, left side and right side, on or before the 5th day after purchase with proof of receipt. Lizards and Shells will replace only if NO physical damage to the pet is found in the provided images. If any damage is found the option for replacement will be nulled/voided. All pet replacements will be accommodated on a ONE time occurrence, should there be 2nd occurrence for the same pet that was replaced we will not provide another pet replacement. NO REFUNDS policy on any/ ALL live animal sales. All live animal sales are FINAL. The replacement option is at the discretion of Lizards and Shells and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the replacement option is provided, purchaser must provide photos of live animal’s front, back, left/right side showing no foul play and/or injury/physical damage to the originally purchased live animal, bought at Lizards and Shells.
· HEAT/ UVB BULBS and FIXTURES:
No refunds. Replacement can be provided up to 7 days from purchase date if/when a defect is found in the manufacturing or must be sent to the manufacturer for coverage under any available warranty. Any damaged bulbs will not be refunded and/or replaced. Store credit can be offered at the discretion of Lizards and Shells.
· ENCLOSURES:
Refunds will be handled based on circumstances. When purchaser removes original packaging if damage is found from manufacturer defects within 2 days from purchase date enclosure can be exchanged or refunded based on customers preference. Any defective enclosure must be returned to Lizards and Shells with original packaging no later than the following Tuesday from the date of purchase to make exchange. Refunds or exchange options will be handled at the discretion of Lizards and Shells.
· OTHER PRODUCTS:
All manufacture defective products will be exchanged or refunded if brought back within 7 days from the date of purchase. Store credit can be offered based on circumstances. ALL refunds and/or exchanges are at the discretion of Lizards and Shells and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
